Meet the Clover.

The Clover uses an innovative Vacuum-Press technology, which
combines two traditional methods considered best for brewing filtered coffee: the French-press and the vacuum brewer.

In the Clover, the coffee is filtered through a mesh filter rather than paper so that all the coffee flavor and essential oils come through. The vacuum process ensures that the coffee is in contact with the water for the minimal amount of time required for brewing, preventing overextraction or burning. Because the barista is able to precisely control time, temperature and amount of coffee, each cup is the perfect brew for the exceptional Counter Culture coffees we offer.
